Screencap it, put it in MS Paint and edit out the part of the page you want, upload it to a image website copy the URL and insert the image

Copy and paste the quoted vouch into your thread.
If you don't want to do that, then just screen cap it and then add it onto your thread.
Whatever works better for you, I would recommend screen capping it though as it probably is a bit faster.

Im sure there are many great TuTs on making vouches. There is a "Google Search Bar" somewhere in the forum. Type "How to make vouches in your post" and I am sure a very good TuT will be sitting there waiting for you.
