I am currently an atheist. why does the pledge of allegiance still have "under god"? what ever happened between separation between church and state. i want to do something about this because it is another example of religion pushed on children. What should i do?


i feel religion forces people to not think considering they already have an answer. think outside our planet and our own conscience. people should question reality itself and outside our own planet instead of wasting their life on conforming to things such as fads.

If your atheist, then just don't say the word God.

Our country was founded under Christianity, or Catholicism.

So don't complain just 'cause you don't believe, just add a loophole for yourself.

why question lif on the sidelines when you can be in the action and live it you should pleadge youre allegiance because it isnt a example of religion pushed under children the phrase "under god " means in front of everybody out in the open not scared and it means we do the right thing btw are you a terrorist athiest

Actually, most founding fathers were Deists(I think thats the correct term), not catholic.
