Okay well I had an iPhone 3G laying around. I currently do not have the Apple phone plan. I jailbroke the iPhone and put my sim card and it works like a phone. But my question is if AT&T can see that im using an iPhone even though I don't have the Apple phone plan?
Thanks.
Thanks.

But im not paying for the Apple plan. Apple has their own plan. Its separate from everything AT&T charges.
