first of all dont listen to these guys the processor speed doesent matte and you wont getting gaming laptop under 1000 so cross that off you can build a pc though and what you want to look for is a good graphics card without it you wont be able to play any good games i myself would look for a nvidia gtx460 or 580 maybe even an ati hd raedon i know alienware has nice laptops but if youre on a budget look at msi laptops theyre cheap good but they dont look as nice as a quality brand remember graphics card not speed and youll be ok and make sure you have atleast 2gb ram 4gb is amzing but go no more its unessential to have more than that unless youre an animator hope that helps good luck and really these guys dont know what theyre talking about. For you just go MSI.

Most laptops aren't that good for gaming computers.
I would suggest buying a Desktop as though are much better.

I wouldn't prefer that for gaming man, check out [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] they have affordable comps even laptops that are great for gaming. I never would buy comps from bestbuy or any store as such.
