Firstly you go to Kick Off then go to Be a Pro: Player. Pick your sides (make sure its the team your pro is assigned too) And better off to pick a really bad team (the worst team in the game is Wimbledon).

Once you have everything configured go to settings and shuffle over to "User Game Configuration" and edit them as so....

Sprint Speed 100
Acceleration 100
Shot Error 0
Pass Error 0
Shot Speed 100
Pass Speed 75
Injury Frequency 0
Injury Severity 0
Goalkeeper Ability 100


Once You have done that now go one more along to "CPU Game Configuration"

Sprint Speed 0
Acceleration 0
Shot Error 100
Pass Error 100
Shot Speed 0
Pass Speed 0
Injury Frequency 100
Injury Severity 100

After you have finished that change the Difficulty too Legendary, and the Referee to S. McBeanie.

Start the game and get all/most of the shooting and passing accomplishments. Get your pro it way quicker.
