I think the only way to tell is for someone to make a dummy account and let him mod it and him give it back and that would be a good way to tell.

You can mod other members saves but only if it complies with following:

1. Using Horizon Diamond accounts to mod others saves is prohibited and will result in a warning as well as your Diamond being revoked.

2. The service is free, remains free and doesn't require anything (subbing to your youtube channel, repping, thanking the topic etc.)

3. No recovering profiles - Members must upload their profile via a filesharing website (mediafire, megaupload etc)

If your post complies with the above then by all means go for it, if you break any of the above rules you will be warned and your topic will be removed.
