IT works Offline i have Alredy Tested it myself And Yes ITs offline, but you have to delete title update and your Fine.

No they are not Patched As long as you delete the latest title update you have it will work. Asking for proof on something so obvious is dumb. If you do not belive this will work do not try. Also You HAVE TO 100% Be offline For this to work.

It works without a problem. Just dont be Dumb and anybody can do this. It doesent matter if they have "patched" it or not if you delete title update(the latest Update) it WILL work
