i Think another reson they dident see to her right away is because, Chinese don't really care about girls they all want boy's because they want there name to go on.

I watched this video about a couple of days ago and shocked to see why this happened you dont jut leave a little person to die while everyone walks past, but i got told theres going to be a new law in china where if people have to help if this kind of thing happens
