its a pack thats got double the amount a premium pack has, and you have more chance of rare items, and you can only buy 3 a day

happy hour is when you have 2 times the chance you would normally have of getting IF player of the week, and also they sometimes release a special pack for that hour that consist of all players or something like that, or sometimes they lower the prices of actual packs
