I want to knw if someone can make a file or find a file with all the preoder characters and somethin like that

its not gonna happen, even if someone used a profile in horizon for characters you can only choose 1 cog and 1 locust at a time so theres no way to get all pre order characters thru horizon on 1 profile. just buy or trade for them like everyone else bro.
