Hey guys, recently I have been having to update every single game I go on xbox. With the exception of Black Ops and Forza, I always have to. Also, I have never modded my gamerscore on the account I always play on, but I have in the past on the same hard drive. Is this why it's happening? I will reward the poster that has a legitimate answer with some +rep. Thanks.

agreed cause i used to cause my xbox was old, but now i use the slim which i never need to update a game unless it's new

system settings> memory> go over your hdd> select y> select "clear system cache

this should help, it helped 1 of my friends and it helped me on my xbox

Are you sure it's cause the xbox is old?

I've had mine since like 2008 but so has my friend and he only has to update when their is a legitimate one.

this happens to my friends every time we play reach he always has to update it, not sure how to fix maybe something to do with the past update?
