Alot of people have this problem now i would suggest going to system settings click on the hard drive once your on the hard drive press Y and there should be button saying clear system cache what this does it deletes every update that was installed on this console expect black ops and try updating gamer after you did this if you need more info pm hope i helped

Clear your system cash, it works for me when i have that problem.

Had This Problem Also ,
The Way I Fixed It Was To Clear My System Cache On My HDD , And All I Had To Do Was Only Update One More Time On Games I Play Regularly, And Thats It .
