2. You will not get given a code. You have to provide proof of purchase.
3. Already tried this, no one gives you any codes.

M$ does not have pre-order character codes to generate. Trust me. If you got the order details and account information for like amazon and stuff, you could do that and they would give you a replacement code, but M$ does not have the ability to generate pre-order characters, and if anyone tells you they got it from them, they are lying.
