Need a site developer to make me a site

Hi
I recently bought my own webhosting comapny but i need a site to sell it on.
Please if you would know how to make a site like this for example (obviusouly not the same but similar):

Now since i spent all my money on the company as a payment i am willing to offer you free cpanel reseller with offshore hosting for life
If you're intrested PM me and i will create your account first then you work on mysite.
I have not yet bought the domain i will do this upon site completion
If im satisfied with the site you keep the account but if i think its really bad you still get normal with offshore hosting free for life

both of you he asked for a website not a copy and paste of forum software. i personally have experience with html, php, javascript, css, mysql, etc. Thats what he needs not copy and paste forum software, as for me making a site, i am still thinking about it mainly because its just free hosting.
