Hey guys, i'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post but my friend has been banned for no reason until 31/12/9999. He hasn't done mods or anything he refuses to do them so he has never modded. I just came on xbox and saw that his bio and name etc had changed to 'Code of Conduct'. I thought it was a joke or for a day so I thought I would go on Facebook to see if he was there. He was pretty mad as he has been using this account for three years now and never done modding or hacks or anything along them lines. Please reply, no funny jokes please like 'Oh well it's only 8 thousand more years or whatever, just reply to this if you know a legitimate way of getting it back.

Either the banhammer has mistakenly banned him, this is very, very, unlikely. I have never heard of ms unbanning anyone
Your friend has joined a lobby on a game and got infected with out knowing, and ms has detected it. Infections are now perma bans
Thirdly your friend has done something and just wants to try and get his account back. His account may have been flagged a long time ago and ms have decided to ban it now.

Ms never listen to anyone on there they just refer to the terms and conditions and say disscussing about banning is not aloud and certainly not negotiable
