Hi guys on the webb app for fifa 11 it ses that on my console i do not have a ultimate team and that i have to download it nto my console ...
i go onto that and it ses already purchased ...
please help!

u tried looking in your download history then clicking on the ultimate team download and re-download

click the guide button on ur controller scroll along to the last blade thing and click acccount management and you should find it

You can't go on the FIFA 11 web app anymore.
If you meant the FIFA 12 one then make sure you're using your EA details not your Xbox Live ones.
