recently i had my xbox 360 account hacked and then i called Microsoft's phone line and told them what had happened... they said they would send my email a 1 month gold membership within 24hours. its been 3 days and still no code + i realised that my xbl account windows live ID has been changed. meaning the search team could take up to 3 months and they said they would finish it within 25 days.

If anyone has had this problem please send me a messege on xbox on my silver account

if you can help by hacking my account back please inform me and i will tell you the gamertag. thanks if you can help me.
THE ID TO ACCOUNT WAS CHANGED
unfortunatly for me i lost an account with 1 year gold membership and 15k acheivments + 10th on every cod =(

Microsoft is a quite disfunctional orginization. This happened to me once and I just made a new account.

If your account is under investigation it will take normally 1 month.
If it is longer than a month they will send you a code for 1 Month of Xbox Live.
Normally after they send you a code, two weeks later you should have your account back.
I never heard of calling Microsoft and the next 24 hours you get a Xbox Live code.
Let the investigation take it's time and you will have your account back.
