What i would do is if you have a computer now just update it. Your not going to get what you want for $600

If you looked for a pretty high end laptop with good ram w/e, you could probably play cod 4 on normal settings maybe have to tweak for fps, Livestreaming all depends on your internet really so Idk.

If you only have 600$ and you want that stuff.
You are SOL, because a laptop at it's best is around 1,400$, and sh*t memory.
To me it sounds like you should get a Windows, with a Core i7 Processor, and get an extra 1 Tigibtye memory, for recording/ programs.
