no you dont, in the Xbox LIVE Code Of Conduct it states all Legitimate copys of games will be allowed online even before that of an official release

I'm going to be paying my friend anywhere from $40 to $100 for this even if he doesn't ask for any. Please no trolling or flaming, thanks guys.

First off dont worry about anything that the dev might do to you because they wont. second off if you truely get the game which no offense but I highley doubt, you better kiss your friends **** literally. There are people willing to pay 300+ for the game and an extra 60 for the copy. Dont squandle the oppurtunity you apparently have. record gameplay the moment you get it and release it after the game is released. At least that is what I would do. If you have any questions send me a msg. Also if this does go through there are some eager buyers who will definitely want to talk to the store owner about selling copys early. say paying 1500+ for 5 copies.
