I think it could be a few hours after release. Game (in the uk) had some shipments in today of MW3 (mate works their and the pictures that have been posted have the GAME logo on it) so that means alot of places will be getting their stock and that could mean an ISO leak of the game.

hopefully it wont be modded for ages, been so long since ive played an unmodded cod :/

I think the day it comes out, it didn't take long for people to mod GOW3, so it shouldn't take long for some sort of mod to come out for MW3
