No offence but everyone who posts their work in graphics discussion isn't good. It's not just you.
For starters I've seen loads of styles like this so it's coming from somewhere. It's not original and it's not 100% yours I know.
On a more graphic level:
The graphic itself doesn't make any sense, you've written or taken the words High Up and applied them to a paint splat background. In what context would that be used in?
In other words, this graphic serves no purpose and is therefore an unsuccessful graphic.
The quality is low and the anti-aliasing is way off.
Ultimately what I said about it being unsuccessful is true. Sorry to rain on your 9/10's. I don't normally rate but if I were to rate this it'd be like a 1 or 2, just for effort.
On a lighter note, go look up some tutorials because I know this is just your first graphic and what I said was stupidly harsh for your first time but I'm right.
Go look up some image theory so you understand more about images e.g. Saturation, DPI, exposure. All of these are basic terminologies that you should be learning to use often.
I'm just a pm away if you need any help <-- that does not mean I'm going to make you free graphics.
