He could lose his job if somebody finds out, and if you get it early and you tell ANYONE it will spread like wildfire and if there is only one Gamestop in you city then everyone that knows will flock to that store and it could created an unwanted amount of fuzz.

just to let you know the game does not ship till 5 days before :facepalm: i worked at so many places now, target, Walmart, don't get them till 1day before, game stop gets it 3-5 days early, and i know a local swap meet vendor who sells all games 4 days before release.. hope i helped, i was assistant manager at game stop for a year, i quit GS blows.

I'm getting it from a different state. He's the manager of the Gamestop and I heard something in the other comments about why it's legal. Some guy tells why it's legal on the first or second page. (I think). And only the people at our lunch table who were there when he talked about it know. And none of them really care about MW3.

This is illegal if you are getting it before it is meant to be released

i dont think i would be taking the risk if i were that gamestop or whoever your getting it from could be sued because in australia target gave it out 3-4 days early and i think they got sued by microsoft or turn 10
