Well all it says is something like

I want to find out what the microsoft points were used for? if that is possible?

Oh this happened to me before with xbox membership if you havent used the points AT ALL then they deduct both and therefore you can NOT doubleclick the mspoints this time

No it says i have 30 microsoft points left? i think it may have been my brother or cousin so i need to know how they were spent?

ok check your download history and if somethings not supposed to be there you can either chat with microsoft or call them up

try emailing microsoft and asking think thats the only way

Go to your recent downloads on xbox.

1.go to my xbox
2.click the tap your avatar is in front of
3.click account management
4.then download history

it will till you if you bought a new arcade game or video etc.

contact xbox live support thats the way you get it sorted 8)

Thanks! i checked but there is nothing recently bought except for " fifa 12 online pass - free" which ovbiously didn't cost? so i dont know whats happened? i spent the first lot on fifa 12 but i didn't order the second bunch of mp? and it has been spent as i only have 30 mp left.. HEEELLPP!
