You have to change the name on it, It's the only way possible, I rang MS and they said they can't access files

Well, I sort of understand what you just asked.

If you wanna delete it off your xbox 360 - Go to system settings, HDD, delete your profile.

If you wanna permanently delete it, call Microsoft. I can't give you the number since you don't live in the US, google it.
