so i go to log into the web app and it says please log out of the console version when im not even on it, i logged out of the console version about 5-10 minutes ago so how can i fix this? +REP for answer

Make sure you left ultimate team probly on the console and then try it agin

You need to exit UT properly.
Go back on to your console, go onto UT then press B and choose yes.

managed to fix it but now it asked me for the security question i answered it correctly but it claimed i didnt and now my account is locked how can i fix this??
