That is where you are wrong, this is a gaming community as stated by Sean. This used to be a modding site, now it has little sections that mentions modding. I use to mod and it got me banned 2 times. Only reason why I mod sometimes is because I get bored.

So basically saying that you file complaints on about 98% of TTG? Is that why you are on here? Well if it is seriously GTFO. Im not saying that everyone on here mods. (Even though I would have to say that almost everyone on here has modded sometime in some way) But if you are going to get mad about someone using a gpd mod to APPEAR like they are playing the game then you are just the biggest snitch ever. BTW the pirated version of mw3 has not been leaked yet, otherwise there would be many more videos on youtube of mw3 and how to get the pirated version, so don't use that as an excuse. Why would the guy tell you he is using a pirated version of the game anyway? That is just stupid.
