I've been on se7ensins for about the past 3 hours and they have a few people trying to figure out how to mod a mpdata to have a 10th prestige level 69, so that the player can rank up once and (theoretically) keep their rank as a 10th prestige level 70. There have been multiple discussions of editing the xp in HxD which I have tried and failed at.

Does anyone have an idea how it would be possible to mod to a 10th prestige level 69?

se7ensins are the biggest fail ever, you would be better off on a good site where people know what they are talking about, like TTG

The only reason I went to 7S is because I saw literally NOTHING on this site about modding to 10th prestige level 69. I'm just trying to be open-minded. Sorry if I offended.
