I keep spawning in with no gun. it shows the ammo and i can jump and run, but cant shoot, see my gun, knife, or throw grenades. Why?

Try Turning your xbox off then back on.
If that does not work then "Clear system Cache"

Try installing your game. It might reduce those random happenings.
