looks like san andreas, or even vice city (xbox original), if you look on the gamer pics bit on the xbox live marketplace, and go to 'G', and then look through all the GTA's, you should find it.

Ive looked at every picpac on marketplace on the market place. Its not there. Wondering if there was a download for them them put them on a USB or finding them on horizion.

Nothing. I searched Team DZN with no results found. My mate over xbox has them and I told him to look on his HardDrive and it just says Gangsters Pic Pack

Its Team DZN, there is a glitch you can do on the marketplace but i don't know it.
