you will yes but you will only get one because as you probably know you can only get 1 token MAX for each call of duty game the maximum you can start with will be 4
aslong as you have prestiged once on eg cod 5 then you get 1 Token

I don't think you will receive one for 11th because impossible to get legit and it shows you have modded your rank.

pretty sure you would because you only have to prestige once and they wont check youre rank
but you never know
