No it should start with you on the outskirts of if I remember correctly, Armadillo. Try loading the correct save data. Or changing the current used deviced. It'll do it sometimes just keep tryin. It'll work eventually promise.

No it does not. It will though if it didn't work, sadly the campaign is a bit tricky to get modded, I get it on the first time but I've had the experience. Chances are if you read my thread on this exact subject your answer's there. Just put the save to your USB and if restarts you load from the USB while in the game session still and if you see the save go to it, should work right off the back like that then.
