I think you should do both, as rs membership is fairly cheap.
Membership on runescape is so fun, when you get it and then go back to f2p you realise how much benefits there is on p2p,i think its hugely worth it as it gives you endless possiblitys of what to do on runescape and you dont get as bored as easy.

If most of your combats are over 60 then yes, or if you are a skiller that can Fish, cook, mine, ect. members things then yes.

Membership is worth it now because bots are gone.

But a gold giveaway furthers your trust on here.

I would say get Membership on your skiller, make some money from Woodcutting and Mining, transfer that wealth to your other account, get that account better (combat skills, etc.) then if you ever buy Membership again you but it for that account (not the skiller).
