Try again, different agents will ask for different things.

If they ever ask for a game manual or receipt tell them that you literally have nothing you can take a picture with,
then they will just ask for the code you used,
and, enjoy!

I hate the people on their end of support who take ten minutes to reply to each post. As if the 30 minute wait time wasn't long enough. I want their job, as it would be the easiest job in the world, and they're (at least the ones I've spoken to) doing it quite poorly.

The just asked me for my first and last names.
