i was wondering how people get like those moving avatars on the site and it turns out to be there name? how do you make those? TTG_SPEED is a good example. how do you make those???

If they make and avatar like .gif with there name then they have used an editing program for example - Fireworks etc.. there pretty simple Youtube it

EDIT* Sorry. I misunderstood the question. Either make GIF picture on Photoshop CS4 or go to a web site that does it for you.

Hes talking about stuff like my avatar. You can get them from any .gif generator website. I used reddodo.com.
