Okay So, If you don't know this, the pre-order codes from BestBuy.com were messed up, and you can now easily obtain the pre-order code from EA Support. Here is proof.


Here is a tutorial on how to obtain the code.

1. Contact EA Customer Support via their online chat portal on the EA Help web site found here: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

2. Tell them something along the lines that you pre-orded the game at bestbuy.com, and the code you got was for a Dog Tags Pack, and not the SPECACT Code is was suppose to be.

Example: Hello. I pre ordered Battlefield 3 for the Xbox 360 from BestBuy.com. The code that was sent to me was a code for a Dog Tags Pack, and not the SPECACT skins that they were suppose to send. I am requested a valid code for the Specact Skins for Battlefield 3 on the Xbox 360, if it isn't too much of a hassle. (Warning: Don't use this exact example!)

Edit: If they tell you to contact BestBuy, say you have and they told you to contact EA Support.

3. Just keep talking to the operator, and they should just give you one.

4. Redeem on the corresponding console and enjoy.

I hope this helped you out and only took me about 3 minutes to get my code after waiting a good 15 minutes to get with an operator. I don't even have the game on my EA Account records, and they still game me a code. Enjoy.

EDIT: I am fur from the other website. This is a few more tips to help you out. If they are asking for a picture of your receipt, it is because you didn't tell them it was at BestBuy.com. If they are telling you they can't give you a code they are lying, and ask for a supervisor. This will scare them, and gets them to cough up a code easier, or at least it does for me. You can also do this with other pre-order codes, just make sure to get the right store with the right pre-order item. If EA Support keeps giving you trouble try and do this with Origin Support [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . Sometimes you get the codes just by asking on Origin Support. This is because they have tons of pre-order codes. Also. Let's try and get this to a sticky. If we achieve a sticky, it will make my day.
