Just found out that my copy of MW3 is gonna be late as the shop i pre ordered from is closing down i might not even get it from them and they dont have money to refund me

I'm pretty sure you can get your money back. Afterall they have to refund you in case you don't get what you ordered. It's a common law.

I live in the uk and this shop usally is ok they even let me have my games before they are released by a day or two but this takes the piss and i paid 70 to get a 2100msp code aswell for DLC
