Did this about 4 hours ago, For the Spec-Act kit I had to ask for a supervisor then he gave me the code (lol). and for the Dog Tag Pack it took less that 2 minutes and the guy didnt seem to care. Just do what Amadeus said and it should work perfectly fine.
