You get ONE token per CoD you have prestiged in (CoD 4 upwards).
So to get one token you must have prestiged in one CoD

Any prestige in CoD 4 = 1 token
Any prestige in CoD 5 = 1 token
Any prestige in CoD 6 = 1 token
Any prestige in CoD 7 = 1 token

Therefore if you are:
CoD 4: 5th prestige
CoD 5: 10th prestige
CoD 6: 0 prestige
CoD 7: 15th prestige

you will get 3 tokens

means you could be:

I dont think so, as you have hacked past 10th there is no data for the prestige. You could class it as -1st prestige
