There is one in FIFA Discussion which got stickied and also his edited his topic to explain it better and he looked at mine and did it that's why he said I copied and pasted it.

I don't mind that he changed it to make it like mine, I prefer him doing that so it helps more people.

That's why I was looking at it last night and now all of a sudden it's changed....yeah ok didn't change anything. It doesn't matter anyways. Just leave it I don't want to argue with you, you helped me in ways.

Oh Right, I never saw it, just a few quick things, when you spoke to them at EA did you remember you D.O.B? How many attempts did it take you and did it take forever to get into the chat room?

If you do not know your D.O.B ask if you can verify it by telling them your Online Pass Code, if they say no you must start from step 4.

If you pick BF3 instead of FIFA 2012 I think you will have more of a chance and most likely yes, ask if you can verify by it any other way. If they say no you will have to start again. I reckon about 25% of people who work at customer service will let you, just follow my guide and it will work
