I accidently cancelled my Mw3 hardened edition pre order and now its out of stock . can someone find me a place with it still in stock UK ONLY HELP PLEASE.

Try shopto.net i was going to preorder off of their but had trouble with registering my phone number, as you need to register one to preorder games

Unfortunately, as of about 2 weeks ago absolutely every copy of the hardened edition is sold out worldwide.
As a credible source, I'm a Gamestop Game Advisor and I've been kept up to date with the information. Your best luck would to look around for someone that is selling it in the UK when it's release. Honestly, if it came down to it, just purchase the Call of Duty Elite seperately, it'll be a little more expensive but you get all the extra perks except Founder Status.

If you pre-ordered Call of Duty Elite before 11/11/11 you will get founder status. But you must have either got it pre-ordered or got lucky when picking out your card. (you will still get Elite on 11/8/11,11/11/11 is when founder stuff goes away)
