What he meant is this.
He wants a download link for Cod: Mw3 , that is cracked by skidrow.
Cracked - doesnt require a disc to play, piracy.
Skidrow - A man, that makes cracks like this that dont require the disc to play the specific game he has cracked.
All of this is illegal basically.

nope. a retail version is on demonoid but it hasnt been cracked

No, the crack has not been released/finished yet and you're right i can't believe so many people didn't know what SKIDROW is. Also, TTG is a modding/glitching website.
