Hi, I have the final for the English Schools Athletics tomorrow and I am competing in 2 events in the final for English Schools.
I am competing in Triple Jump and 100M. I'm 13 years old and in Year 8 so I am competing in that age group. Oh, and I am 5ft 9.
In the previous round [the semi-final] I achieved 11.87 for the triple Jump and 11.94 for the 100M. So if anyone here has competed recently around my age then please let me know what you got, as in the semi-final I came 1st In Triple Jump and 2nd In 100M so I'm a little nervous for tomorrow. Thanks.

That's good One yr 11 from the semi from my school got 11.54 [aged 16] so your pretty good! Thanks

not trying to be mean but im only a year older than you and people i know in track could get around 11.20 on the 100m almost 12 seconds isnt that great. Could be where your from or whatever but ya, good luck tho man!

thats pretty good im currently running 11.89- 100m 53.9- 400m. im competeing in the u15 but i ran both those times when i was 13 i am still 13 but im 14 in 2 weeks
