So I am 10th prestige on CoD 4, 5, 6 and 6th on Black Ops (All Legit). How much Tokens do I get and how much can i get maximum ?

You only get 4. One token for each game you prestige in. Not for each prestige!

its not about what prestige you are , its about the fact youve prestiged , soo youve prestiged in 4 cods witch means your get 4 tokens xD Hoped this helped

As long as you have a prestige, legit or not, you'll get your token.
