This is the risk of downloading.

If you download your ip will stay forever and f.b.i will see your ip.
And the F.B.I. will probaly catch beacuse when you download it your ip will be on it.
And F.B.I will check it and find your ip and you will risk a 5000 dollar fine and blocked from online services.
