Well im not to sure about drag but for drift its very hard to say what is the best. It all depends on how you like your car. There are a few things that are crucial though. Needs to be RWD and would most likely be a car with around 50% displacmetnt, then tuned to a good amount of power/grip. A few suggestions would be the nissan gtr r34 and any of the silvias. But like I said its all to do with how you like your cars, I like mine slippy some like theirs grippy its all personal preference.

for drag i suggest bugatti ss i think it its called they are dlc but..

they do 20sec lap times for 1mile and normal bugatti do 21.4 or maybe better

also for drifting nissan silvias and skylines and toyota sprinters are great

you want a rwd car with good acceleration dosent need to be great speed and decent handling and ressonably light and easy to handle even though its rwd because u want to drift but then u need to keep the car from going in the dirt or lossing control

Hope i helped i am not good at tuning or drifting but i am just talking from knowledge.

Zeon.

Soory about bad spelling btw
