i got dog tags first try. u guys just have to sound professional and answer all there questions and if u cant dont. theres at least 4 diferent things they will ask you. keep trying

Thanks for all the reply's, and even if you don't own the game you can still get the free DLC. I currently don't own the game and I have all the DLC already so when I buy it I won't have to worry about anything

Does this work for online passes? I don't care for DLC, but when I try to ask for an online pass code, they either say they can't help me or give me a phone number to call for warranty.

Failed twice so far.

Also, do they know it's you if you keep going back into the chat?
