Okay so i have a jtag i haven't used in months and my friend is looking to buy a regular xbox, so if i turn the jtag on and connect to live and "brick" the jtag will it become a normal xbox amd yu can play online without any problems and such ?...

No, it will brick it. Meaning the xbox wouldn't work at all.

No, bricking the JTAG does not mean you make it a normal Xbox 360. It will still be modified and if you install the Xbox update your console will never work anymore.

Eaton said there is a way to remove the JTAG modification.

I think you would have to unflash the NAND and then something else idek

If you brick your JTAG it becomes a "brick" as the point is, it is just an expensive paperweight.

Here's what to do.....

Remove the JTAG wires, manually flash the original NAND, done.

I am actually not sure on these steps, though that is the basics of it, Google it, I know people have done this before.

you would need to reflash the original nand back tot he console 1st, you can do this in xell/ous if you have a copy of the original nand
