What are you saying that they arnt giving it to you? I mean if they cant help you be more forceful dont give in until you get if even if they say goodbye keep going until its ended then get aggression and say thing like, "So what your telling me is i cant play online because i have this code thats invalid, so basically i have a 60 dollar useless game and a piece of useless paper great and your not going to help me?"
