Hey, you do not need to worry I am not going to get all technical on you so this is how it goes.

The Person you bought it off would have used a stolen credit card hiding his Ip address behind a vpn. He is the one committing the crime (fraud etc)

You will not get in to any kid of trouble over it just use the microsoft points but DO NOT use the credit card or you will be in big trouble.
