hey i was wondering if anybody could tell me exactly what i need to rapid fire mod a controller.. specficaly.. for example i know i need solder.. but does it have to be lead-free? rosin core solder? or what? nd then another example is the wire.. does it need a certain gauge? 24 gauge? 30 gauge? so somebody plz help me ty

well you could buy an Intesafire board. Its just another board that you put on your controller. Only $29.99 too!

and for the intensafire.. 30 bucks for 1 controller compared to 30 bucks for like... 6 controllers.. i personaly like the solder/wire/pushbutton way better >.<

This is what you need:

Soldering Iron
Solder
24 Gauge Wire
A momentary push button
A torx t8 screwdriver(i believe a flathead small enough will work)

All of these besides the torx can be bought at radioshack for like $20
